Contract Logistics Operations Manager

Job Summary
Lead and oversee client operations and administrative support for warehouse services; manage a warehouse team to meet productivity and service goals; optimize operation space usage, WMS usage, and continuous improvement initiatives; coordinate with customers and suppliers including onboarding; ensure compliance with QHSE standards; drive KN Production System implementation and re-engineering projects; require bachelor’s degree with 2–5 years leadership/contract logistics experience and Turkish/English fluency; roles located in Gebze for onboarding stage and later Çatalca warehouse, Türkiye.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (MBA is a strong advantage)
- 2–5 years of experience in project management, leadership, and contract logistics operations
- Proven team-leading experience, able to manage and develop teams
- Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Hands-on experience optimizing warehouse processes and using WMS systems (Swiftlog exposure and Bonded Warehouse Operations knowledge is a plus)
- Fluency in Turkish and English
- Willingness to work varied hours and hold a valid driver’s license
