Job Summary
Drive performance across safety, quality, cost, delivery, people, and environment by ensuring all activities align with SQCDPE objectives. Lead continuous improvement initiatives and develop team members to actively contribute to process enhancements. Prepare and lead customer meetings presenting KPIs while translating internal improvement proposals to strengthen satisfaction. Develop and adapt the tactical operational plan to execute long-term strategic goals. This role requires a Bachelor's degree, four years of managerial experience in contract logistics or healthcare, and proficiency in French and English.
