Job Summary
The Contract Logistics Administration Specialist supports warehouse operations by managing documentation, data entry, and administrative processes to ensure smooth and efficient information flow. Act as a point of contact for customer-related administrative queries, ensuring timely and professional responses. Process and manage all incoming and outgoing documentation (delivery notes, CMR, export declarations, etc...), check, collate, and organise operational documents in line with local procedures. Support daily administrative activities including data entry, record keeping, and reporting, and ensure accurate and timely input of data into operational systems. Collaborate with operations teams to maintain effective communication and documentation flow, assist in developing and updating local administrative procedures, and support inbound and outbound documentation processes to ensure operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- 1-4 years of experience in a customer facing/interacting role within warehousing or contract logistics
- Solid communication skills with internal teams and customers
- Experience with administrative processes and data entry systems
- Ability to work in a fast paced, high-volume environment
- Strong analytical mindset and issue resolution
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
