Job Summary
Lead and supervise warehouse operations for contract logistics, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, verification, shipping, and other designated tasks to ensure the distribution center functions efficiently. Direct and train team members, assign tasks, conduct audits, resolve issues, and ensure adherence to safety standards. Manage unloading of incoming materials, inventory recording, inbound/outbound paperwork, and movement of materials within the warehouse. Verify orders, address shortages, support physical inventory counts, and coordinate with drivers. Display strong communication, multitasking, and organizational abilities; provide direction and support to team members. Requires 2–3 years in a warehouse/manufacturing environment, at least 1 year in a leadership role, attention to detail, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, US citizenship, and proficiency with computer systems and power-driven machinery. Shift: Monday–Friday, 5:00 am–1:30 pm.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is required
- At least one year of experience in a leadership role
- Must demonstrate attention to detail, thoroughness, and accuracy
- Must be a US citizen
- Capability to lift weights up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to wear the required safety shoes while on duty
- Proficiency in operating power-driven machinery
- Ability to perform tasks through computer operating systems
