Job Summary
Contract Liaison Officer responsible for coordinating between customers, clients and site teams on tenanted internal refurbishment projects (mainly roofing) within social housing; deliver and manage social value and excellent customer service, lead on planning and diarising community, skills and employment initiatives in line with Social Value Act; handle enquiries and issues at contract/site level, maintain effective communications, coordinate information on upcoming/current works and reporting, conduct face-to-face site visits, manage complaints positively, and demonstrate proficient IT skills (MS Office). Requires flexibility in hours and travel, holds a Full UK Driving Licence and DBS check. Based at Burton or Stoke-on-Trent with part-time (22-25 hours/week) or full-time (37.5 hours/week) options and some travel between Burton/Nottingham and Stoke-on-Trent.
