Contract Landman - CCS

Contract Landman role focused on executing pore space and right-of-way agreements, reviewing title work product, and maintaining landowner relationships across Indiana, Ohio, and Michigan. The position supports pore space and right-of-way execution under parameters set by senior land leads, tracks documents to secure property rights, and collaborates with Land Manager and Land Lead. Travel is required (2 weeks per month) with Indianapolis, IN or Columbus, OH as preferred bases. Responsibilities include engaging landowners face-to-face, supporting community relations and public open houses, reviewing title commitments and abstracts for encumbrances, coordinating with outside counsel, and maintaining updates in the Land CRM (Monday.com). Key competencies emphasize independence, attention to detail, effective communication, and adaptability. Final candidates may undergo security screening.
