Job Summary
Ensure timely implementation and processing of sales contracts, both reagents and service, in Model N. This includes manual keying or quote import, keying of rental and/or service fees and reagent pricing, and auditing sales contracts to resolve conflicts. Analyze potential risks that contract changes may pose to the organization and work with different levels of personnel to analyze and solidify an overall contract strategy. Acts as a resource providing data requested to the sales organization regarding current pricing and contracting policies and programs. Prepare for contracting strategy meetings as needed and perform database maintenance to ensure accurate reporting. Assist in updating departmental SOPs and update clients with status.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree In a business-related discipline
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience in commercial sales contracting
- Model N system experience
- Minimum intermediate Word and Excel experience
- Two to four years' experience directly related to contract administration, preferably within the bio-tech/ healthcare industry
- Demonstrated ability to effectively and constructively communicate across departmental disciplines while pursuing contract department goals
- Must have good communication & organizational skills
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs

- Previous Contract Management or Implementation database experience
- Previous healthcare, biotech or sales industry experience
- Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Model N, SAP, CMS Next
