Contract Hospitality Designers, Immediate Start

Contract Hospitality Designers needed for immediate start in London on live hospitality and luxury residential projects. Requires around 4 to 6 years of professional experience, ability to move quickly, work cleanly in a busy design team, and support detailed design, coordination and production on interiors or architecture-led schemes. Proficiency with Revit, Rhino, AutoCAD and SketchUp workflows; experience delivering design and production packages, coordination drawings, models, and presentation material. Role sits in a fast-paced London studio; exact pattern (office/hybrid) to be confirmed during screening. IR35 is applicable; indicative umbrella rate of £20 to £28 per hour, depending on experience and project fit. Priorities include live hospitality, hotel, resort, food and beverage, guest experience projects, luxury residential work, strong pace, quality, and presentation standards.
