Job Summary
Travel ER Nurse needed for a 13-week contract in Craig, CO. Responsibilities include coordinating and implementing individualized care plans to optimize patient outcomes, using critical thinking in high-pressure, fast-paced ER settings, collaborating with the healthcare team, delegating to ancillary personnel, precepting student nurses and new hires, and maintaining regulatory compliance and infection control procedures. Requires active Colorado RN license (or Compact), PALS/ENPC and TNCC certifications (or within 1 year of hire), and a Bachelor's degree in a related field, plus one year of ED or Critical Care experience. Required Qualifications
- Current Colorado Registered Nurse (RN) license or Compact license
- Current Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) or Emergency Nurse Pediatric Course (ENPC) certification (or obtained within 1 year of hire)
- Current Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification (or obtained within 1 year of hire)
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field
- One year of Emergency Department (ED) or Critical Care Nursing experience
