Job Summary
Contract Customer Care Representative responsible for empathetic, accurate customer service via phone, email, and case systems (Salesforce) to support Prescryptive’s 24/7 member experience. Key duties include understanding customer needs, identifying issues and trends, contributing to process improvements, collaborating with product and operations teams, assisting with customer communications during product updates/launches, acquiring product knowledge, and refining internal customer care processes. Requires experience in customer service or healthcare operations, strong problem-solving and communication skills, comfort with rapid, evolving environments, and a private workspace with reliable tech setup. Remote, US-based contract role with shifts across mornings/evenings and weekends; pharmacy-tech license preferred but not required.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a customer service or healthcare operations role (PBM, health plan, or pharmacy setting a plus)
- Active pharmacy technician license preferred but not required
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset and sense of urgency
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and manage multiple systems simultaneously
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using Salesforce or similar case management tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Reliable work setup with computer, external monitor, keyboard, mouse, and private workspace suitable for confidential calls
