Contract Coordinator

Job Summary
Contract Coordinator supports the organization in the management of commercial contracts across their full lifecycle. Responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, negotiating, executing, and monitoring contracts in line with institutional policies and governance standards; identifying and flagging contractual risks; coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders; ensuring compliance with local regulations and internal requirements; managing the end-to-end contract lifecycle, including renewals and expiry dates; and contributing to process improvements in contract templates, checklists, and guidelines. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in law or related field, 5+ years in contract management or legal operations, strong documentation and communication skills in English (Arabic/French a plus), and GCC experience preferred. The role is based in Doha, Qatar and requires residency with a valid Qatar ID.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in law, business law, commercial law, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in contract management, legal operations, or commercial contract support
- Demonstrated experience in drafting, reviewing, and coordinating commercial contracts
- Solid understanding of contract lifecycle management, procurement processes, and risk/compliance principles
- Experience in the GCC preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic and/or French are an advantage
- Master’s degree preferred
