Job Summary
Contract Compliance Manager for STOP Area 5 oversees a network of subcontracted Grantees to ensure fidelity to contracts, licensure and staff qualifications, conducts site visits, develops and revises policies/procedures, manages compliance investigations, and coordinates training for subrecipients. The role requires monitoring contract provisions, data/reporting, budgeting within funding parameters, and collaborating with the Project Director and leadership to optimize use of Care First and related funds, while applying trauma-informed, gender-responsive, and culturally competent approaches within a prison treatment-education context.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum (2) year AA degree (or higher) and two (2) years of administrative quality assurance/improvement related experience
- OR a Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent and four (4) years’ experience administrative quality assurance/improvement related experience
- Experience working in a substance abuse program with criminal justice offenders
