Job Summary
Contract Compliance Coordinator at EquipmentShare: assist the contract team by completing rental documents in a timely manner and fact-checking them for compliance; work directly with customers to solve problems, in a team environment; comfortable using laptops/tablets; knowledge of OSHA requirements preferred; on-site role at the Houston, TX facility with a Monday–Friday schedule, potential overtime after 40 hours and occasional weekend on-call in special circumstances; responsibilities include championing safe job practices and ensuring accurate documentation to support contract compliance.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of inventory management, accounts payable, or receivables experience
- strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- great listener who cares about solving customers’ problems
- ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
- comfortable using laptops and tablets
- customer relationship management
- knowledge of OSHA requirements (preferred)
