Job Summary
Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting. Help with mobility and transfers using proper techniques while observing and reporting changes in residents' condition to nursing staff. Support emotional and social needs through meaningful interaction and maintain cleanliness and safety of resident rooms and common areas. Follow care plans and facility protocols to ensure quality care. Requires active Missouri CNA certification with prior long-term care experience preferred. Full-time day or evening shifts, 12-hour rotations with rotating weekends. 8-week local contract at Aspire Senior Living Moberly. $25/hour.
Required Qualifications
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Missouri
- Must be able to assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
- Must be able to help residents with mobility and transfers using proper techniques
- Must be able to observe and report changes in residents' condition to nursing staff
- Must be able to support residents' emotional and social needs through meaningful interaction
- Must be able to maintain cleanliness and safety of resident rooms and common areas
- Must be able to follow care plans and facility protocols to ensure quality care
- Must be available for 12-hour shifts
- Must be available for rotating weekends
- Must be available for Full-Time Day & Full-Time Evenings
- Must be available for an 8-week local contract
- Must be able to work in a team-oriented and supportive environment
