Job Summary
The Contract Clerk will manage all paperwork for new and used car deals, ensuring accuracy and completeness, while processing financial transactions such as pay-off checks for trade-ins. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. A strong background in automotive dealership accounting is essential, along with experience in using Dealership DMS, preferably CDK. The candidate should exhibit competence in financial management, 10-key proficiency, and possess good interpersonal skills for effective team support.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in automotive dealership accounting required
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in Dealership Contracts Desk
- Exceptional working knowledge of Dealership DMS, preferably CDK
- Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in financial management
- Proficiency in 10-key skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Good social and interpersonal skills
