Job Summary
Contract & Claim Manager for manufacturing construction projects overseeing contractual/claims management during execution, coordinating with Project Lead, PMO, Legal, Procurement, and Finance to ensure compliance with FIDIC terms, timely notices and claims, variations management, and milestone tracking. Requires engineering degree, minimum 3 years in contract & claims management on complex industrial/infrastructure projects, strong English, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills, and knowledge of LOPSRM/RLOPSRM. On-site role based in Silao, Guanajuato, Mexico, with focus on ensuring project completion on time and within budget.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years of contract & claims management experience (FIDIC)
- Experience with complex industrial/infrastructure projects
- Management in claims and variations experience
- Strong legal awareness and negotiation skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to manage external stakeholders
- Knowledge of LOPSRM and RLOPSRM
