Job Summary
Contract Center Fraud Operations Analyst focusing on monitoring account activity and digital interactions to detect and prevent fraud in a remote/home-based role. Responsibilities include monitoring money movement across channels, reviewing website and mobile app activity, securing accounts to prevent losses, contacting customers to verify suspicious activity, collaborating with internal departments to confirm transaction legitimacy, and maintaining fraud trend data. Requires strong investigative skills, knowledge of the banking industry, familiarity with online/mobile banking apps, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure. Must be comfortable with a remote work model and the specified afternoon shift.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant work experience (preferably in fraud prevention, risk, or a related field)
- Excellent English (C1)
- Ability to interpret technical and administrative instructions
- Proficiency in navigating multiple software systems, including Microsoft Office
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve exceptions
- Willingness to work: afternoon shifts 17:00 - 1:00 (5PM-1AM)
