Contract Business Analyst

Analyze and document As-Is Product Recall processes across Supply Chain and Manufacturing, working closely with stakeholders to understand existing processes, challenges, and pain points. Facilitate workshops and discussions with cross-functional teams to define To-Be processes, while identifying gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. Document and communicate current and future-state processes clearly, collaborating with stakeholders across E-Commerce, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Customer Services to ensure requirements are understood and captured. Challenge existing processes to uncover underlying needs and support the business in transitioning from current to agreed future states.
