Contract Bank Officer - Market Operations

Contract Bank Officer - Market Operations responsible for operational support to Markets Operations Hub in Singapore and Global Markets Division. Responsibilities include day-to-day settlement operations for Global Markets transactions, daily rates updates and distribution (Spot and Base rates), Nostro threshold monitoring and reporting, various Global Markets regulatory and financial reports, brokerage reconciliation and reporting, RTGS and cash-flow reporting, Nostro funding monitoring, funding position verification with Interbanks, MTM valuation reports to customers, audit confirmations and counterparty exposure checks, CIF creation for Bond/Equity issuers and counterparts in CIF system, margin call/deposit settlement with brokers/ CCPs, settlement support for FX/MM/Derivatives/Bond Repo including Swift/CHATS, DVP/FOP instruction support, and handling corporate actions with custodians. The role involves Start of Day/End of Day control reporting, and interaction with custodians and counterparties to ensure timely settlement and accuracy of trades. The candidate should have associate-level education or above, strong numerical aptitude, experience in Global Markets back-office operations, and proficiency with SWIFT, Murex, Excel, and related banking tools. Overtime and rotating shifts during HK public holidays are noted as part of duties.
