Job Summary
Manage active commercial litigation matters, including motion practice, discovery, depositions, negotiations, and hearings. Develop case strategies in collaboration with firm leadership and provide practical legal advice to clients. Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and courts in a remote environment. Required Qualifications
- Licensed to practice law in New York
- Demonstrated experience in business/commercial litigation

- Insurance defense and/or personal injury litigation experience
