Contract and Tender Analyst - 1 year contract (maternity leave cover)

Negotiate commercial contract terms aligned with internal policies and client requirements while drafting, reviewing, and managing legal documents for tenders and agreements. Develop and administer tender processes, including preparation of RFP, RFQ, and RFI documentation, and partner with business units to plan and execute tender strategies ensuring regulatory compliance. Analyze pricing structures to define target pricing aligned with profitability objectives and deliver data-driven insights to improve pricing models and support business decision-making.
