Job Summary

Draft, review, and negotiate customer, vendor, and partner agreements to ensure contractual compliance and timely execution that supports revenue and controls cost. Serve as a bridge between the business and the Legal & Regulatory team, providing high-quality contract support, operational consistency, and actionable analysis. Leverage contract expertise to mitigate risk, distill complex terms into clear business language, and collaborate across Sales, Finance, IT, and Operations. Demonstrate attention to detail in contract review, drafting, and compliance activities, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Professional, and internet-based research. Telecommunications or technology industry experience is strongly preferred. Minimum 6 years of experience in business transactions, contracts, and/or supply chain. Education: Bachelor’s degree or extensive experience in related fields may suffice in lieu of education. Identify, assess, and communicate risk, drive process improvements, and support the end-to-end contract lifecycle.

  • Capacity to manage workflows, deadlines, and priorities
