Job Summary
Review and analyze contract data in line with defined processes, quality standards, and service level requirements. Perform quality checks, provide feedback to support continuous improvement, and conduct contract review and peer review activities in English and Spanish. Use internal systems, tools, and reference materials to ensure accurate and consistent delivery while supporting reporting, process improvement, and client service activities. Follow company policies, data privacy requirements, and compliance standards. Respond to stakeholder requests and escalate issues where appropriate. Fluency in English and Spanish is required; AI fluency is a plus. This role supports the delivery of contract review and data analysis services for global clients using a high-impact platform used by scientists and innovators worldwide.
