Job Summary
Contract Analyst responsible for drafting, amending, and reviewing supplier and vendor contracts within the WhiteWater Supply Chain team. Key duties include managing contract redlines, coordinating with legal on risk assessment, monitoring SLAs and pricing, ensuring contract terms align with procurement standards, entering contracts into systems, reviewing invoices/POs for pricing alignment, and preparing contract summaries for management review. Requires experience in contract negotiations, templates usage, and cross-functional collaboration with procurement, legal, and vendors; proficiency in MS Office and experience with Gatekeeper, NetSuite Enverus, OpenInvoice, and Veriforce is preferred. Office-based role in Austin or Houston, TX. Bachelor’s degree preferred; 5+ years of related experience expected.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of direct Supply Chain experience coordinating contract renewals and amendments with procurement, legal, and supplier stakeholders
- Experience reviewing contract redlines and preparing contract summaries preferred
