Contract Analyst (UK)

Job Summary
Generate and execute contracts and change orders per company policy, ensuring all execution adheres to established guidelines. Review and negotiate contract terms and payment structures with associated parties while analyzing stipulations to draft provisions and amendments. Verify contractor compliance with legal requirements, owner specifications, and government regulations, maintaining audit files for each contract including correspondence and payment schedules. Provide technical assistance with budgets and vendor systems, resolve inquiries regarding payment and budget status, and manage the pricing database for the Redevelopment Department.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS preferred or equivalent experience in contracts administration
- At least 1-2 years + of experience working as an administrator/contract specialist
- Familiarity of UK contract regulations and compliance requirements, reviewing and administering contracts to ensure adherence to legal standards, company policies, and contractual obligations
- We are seeking candidates who are self-directed and have experience managing a high volume of contracts per month
- Ability to interpret, understand, review, and draft vendor contracts and amendments
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to make decisions on minor issues in accordance with company policy
- Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Computer literacy, knowledge of Outlook, MS Office, PowerPoint, Adobe
- Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check, drug screening, and verification of employment, education, and other credentials relevant to the position
Desired Qualifications
