Contract Analyst

Contract Analyst responsibilities include reviewing and drafting service contracts, identifying clauses posing risk, ensuring compliance with corporate procedures, negotiating clauses (notably related to REPSE in service agreements), supporting the service and sales teams with corporate documentation, managing guarantees in service contracts, and serving as an interface between the business and the corporate legal department. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelors degree in law, strong writing and communication skills, advanced English, and be proactive, highly organized, capable of independent work, with a strong sense of urgency, excellent interpersonal skills, and resilience.
