Contract Analyst

Job Summary
Lead the contract formation and/or contract administration process for various indirect material purchases; develop, issue and manage tender documents (RFPs, RFQ, RFIs, etc.); negotiate contract commercial terms to meet internal requirements (risk, legal, project management, etc.); administer multiple contracts including change orders; lead proposal analyses and commercial evaluations; coordinate RFP evaluations with project clients; provide sound supply chain management guidance within established processes; develop and articulate project and contract acquisition strategies; manage competitive/single/sole sourcing processes; coordinate cross-functional teams and communications with suppliers, legal, risk, tax, and other stakeholders; maintain contract records in SAP Ariba ensuring governance requirements are met.
Required Qualifications
- University Degree, or 4+ years of experience
- With University Degree - Experience: 3-4 years
- SAP Ariba CLM experience preferred.
