Job Summary
Coordinate and develop contracts and change orders for newly awarded and ongoing projects while managing multiple workstreams simultaneously. Solicit input from operational departments, challenge supporting information regarding budget changes, and develop cash neutral payment schedules. Provide project/financial analysis to justify supporting information prior to client submission and maintain client/project files and tracking tools. Apply advanced Excel skills to understand costing tools and client budget grids. Manage workload in relation to timelines and client submissions within a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Accountant or related
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in experience with Background in Proposals, Data Management or Financial Business Partnering
- Advanced Excel skills
- English advanced
- Legal right to work in the country where the role is based
