Contract Analyst I

Job Summary
Prepare budgets for contracts and change orders, draft associated contract documents, and create payment schedules using ICON costing tools. Collaborate with Legal, Sales, Operations, and Contract Managers to gather operational input and ensure terms reflect cost drivers. Maintain documentation in Salesforce, perform initial quality checks on documents, and communicate contract status to internal teams and clients. Assist or lead meetings related to contracts and change orders while supporting process improvement initiatives. This role sits within ICON's Client Contract Services Team, a global healthcare intelligence organization dedicated to accelerating new medicines and treatments to patients.
Required Qualifications
- 2–3 years' experience in clinical or laboratory budget and contract development
- Strong multitasking, organization, and attention to detail
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams (Legal, Sales, Operations, Finance)
- Basic financial/budget analysis skills
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive and process-improvement oriented
- Employment with ICON is contingent upon having the legal right to work in the country where the role is based
