Contract Analyst I

Contract Analyst I will prepare budgets for contracts and change orders, and draft the associated contract documents. You will collaborate with Legal, Sales, Operations, and Contract Managers, use ICON costing tools and budget templates to prepare accurate budgets, gather input from operational teams to reflect cost drivers, create payment schedules, support budget/financial analysis, maintain documentation and update Salesforce, communicate contract status to internal teams and clients, assist or lead meetings related to contracts/change orders, perform initial quality checks on documents, and contribute to process-improvement initiatives.
