Job Summary
Contract Administrator responsible for administering subcontracts, SOWs, NDAs, and change orders; maintaining contract documentation and audit readiness; coordinating with Legal, Finance, and Program teams; tracking milestones, delivering timely invoices and contract modifications; ensuring regulatory and export-control compliance; maintaining KPI dashboards and preparing reports; coordinating RFPs/RFQs and subcontract budgets, spend, and performance across programs; onsite collaboration at Centennial, CO or Long Beach, CA offices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in contract administration, procurement, or supply chain in an aerospace, defense, or technology environment
- Familiarity with contract structures, SOW development, and subcontract lifecycle management
- Basic understanding of regulatory requirements including FAR, DFARS, ITAR, and export control compliance
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple contracts and deadlines simultaneously
- Proficiency in contract management or ERP systems; experience with document management tools a plus
- Clear and effective communicator with a collaborative approach to working across teams
- Eager to learn, self-motivated, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment
