Job Summary
Contract Administrator responsible for leading the corporate global contracting needs, preparing and processing client, consultant, and vendor agreements, and managing the contract lifecycle. Responsible for developing and maintaining a contract management system, implementing automated solutions, drafting and reviewing contracts and modifications with stakeholders, assisting with proposals and RFP responses, supporting policy and training initiatives, and staying current with industry/legal developments. Requires a Bachelor’s degree, at least five years of contract management experience, strong contract terminology knowledge, proficiency with MS Office and Salesforce, and excellent organizational and communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required with a concentration in law, business, finance, or a related field
- Minimum five years of contract management and/or administration experience
- Proficient understanding of legal and contracting terminology
- Ability to organize documentation with high attention to detail
- Professional communication with internal and external stakeholders
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel) and Salesforce CRM
- Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced professional team environment
- Ability to handle confidential information ethically
