Job Summary

Provide contract administration support across multiple live projects by administering change management processes and preparing contractual notifications. Collaborate with Project Managers, clients, and suppliers to ensure accurate record-keeping in systems like CEMAR and maintain compliance with contractual obligations. Identify and communicate project risks and opportunities while monitoring documentation for clarity and auditability. Contribute to continuous improvement of contract management processes within a major infrastructure contractor environment.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in contract administration, contract change management, cost management, or a similar commercial support role
  • Knowledge of contract administration processes and contractual communications
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships across a range of teams and levels
  • Ability to work independently, manage workloads proactively, and deliver high-quality outcomes within agreed timescales
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records and documentation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel

Desired Qualifications

  • Understanding of NEC and/or IChemE contracts
  • Experience using electronic contract management software, such as CEMAR
  • Experience within engineering, construction, infrastructure, utilities, or major project environments
  • Commercial awareness and an understanding of project risk and opportunity management
