Job Summary
Contract Administrator sought to support a brand-new North Vancouver project (12-month fixed-term contract). You will review, interpret, and administer contracts (subcontracts, service agreements, NDAs, procurement contracts), assist with drafting and revisions, maintain standardized templates, and support contract execution throughout the lifecycle. Responsibilities include tender tracking, maintaining logs of active/pending/awarded contracts with milestones, document control with audit-ready records, coordinating insurance and bonding requirements, and facilitating communications with internal and external stakeholders. You’ll also handle compliance and risk management, identify risks early, support claims/disputes as needed, and help refine contract administration processes for the new project site. The role emphasizes building processes from day one, ensuring strong commercial performance, and contributing to project leadership updates. Qualifications emphasize experience in construction contract administration and familiarity with relevant contract frameworks (CCDC/CCA). Required Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of contract administration experience, preferably in construction
- Familiarity with CCDC, CCA, and service agreements
