Job Summary
Draft, review, and execute contracts for vendor and client sides while performing quality reviews to mitigate risk. Assist in preparation and revision of purchase and service agreements, preparing briefs that summarize requirements and budgets. Update internal databases with legal documents and abstractions, then track authorizations, correspondence, and change notices to maintain organized audit files. Perform closing activities and analyze situations to reduce operational risk. Manage high volumes of tasks with attention to detail, utilizing Excel for data analysis and interpretation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (B.S/B.A) from four-college or university
- 0 to 2 years' related experience and/or training
- equivalent combination of education and experience
- Fluent in English language
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to interpret complex information
- Aptitude for technology and interest in learning/understanding systems & interpreting data
- Accustomed to data input at high level of accuracy
- Ability to manage high volumes and meeting deadlines
- Highly organized with ability to manage multiple projects/tasks at a time
- Excel knowledge (including pivot tables and v-lookups)
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Independently motivated
- Understanding of how databases capture information
- Ability to work accurately with large data sets
- Must have the ability to perform office-related tasks which may include prolonged sitting or standing
- Must have the ability to move from place to place within an office environment
- Must be able to use a computer
- Must have the ability to communicate effectively
