Job Summary
Technical Lead I on Continuous Production shift focusing on the production process: verify setup and changeover, troubleshoot equipment, monitor quality and process efficiency, review quality of work, and provide reports; ensure safety compliance and adherence to procedures; train operators and assist engineers with prototypes/process improvements; utilize SPC and precision measuring tools for quality checks; manage materials inventory, enter data in systems, and support maintenance and Kaizen activities; requires safety awareness and CRC Bronze or higher, plus basic manufacturing/warehousing experience.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 6 month manufacturing/warehousing experience or equivalent
- CRC Bronze or above
- Completion of current learner’s assessment and other training requirements
- Completed Career Readiness Certificate (CRC)
