Job Summary
Conduct daily diagnostic imaging coverage including training Operators, Team Leaders, and Maintenance on KHMS Problem Solving and 5S methodologies. Define 5W-1H triggers based on Performance Board downtime and drive use of 5Why, troubleshooting guides, and related tools to eliminate losses. Continuously review and update KHMS standards, implementing countermeasures to monitor compliance and establish shiftly 5S evaluation checks. Support CIL, Centerline, Defect Handling, and Breakdown Elimination routines while contributing to the Daily Performance Meeting to prioritize activities and drive systemic fixes. Work cross-functionally with the entire plant to deliver training, conduct health checks, and support problem-solving across the full 24-hour operation.
Required Qualifications
- Working knowledge of KHMS methodologies: Problem Solving (5Why, 5W-1H), 5S, CIL, Centerline, Defect Handling, and Breakdown Elimination
- Demonstrated ability to train, coach, and drive adoption of standards at the shop-floor level
- Strong facilitation and root-cause analysis skills tied to OEE and loss-elimination outcomes
- Must be available and willing to work all shifts (including off-shifts and weekends as needed)
- Must be able to work in a Manufacturing plant-floor environment requiring Gemba presence, walking/standing, and adherence to all safety and food-safety standards
