Job Summary
Analyze manufacturing processes to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, then lead Kaizen events and Six Sigma initiatives from inception to implementation. Develop and track Key Performance Indicators for cost, waste, and productivity gains while creating and updating value stream maps. Manage the entire project lifecycle, navigate change management workflows, and verify effectiveness by checking products and processes against specified requirements. Optimize space utilization in constricted environments and collaborate with the Safety and Compliance department to mitigate risk. Requires a Bachelor's degree, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification, and 3-5 years of experience. Occasional travel to satellite locations is required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
- Lean Six Sigma certification
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams
- Ability to understand, follow and enforce company policies and procedures
- Occasional travel to satellite locations
