Job Summary
The Continuous Improvement Specialist will identify opportunities for continuous improvement while collaborating with OpEx colleagues across various locations. Responsibilities include promoting the CI philosophy, coaching managers in implementing CI projects, leading improvement initiatives using PDCA and DMAIC methodologies, and conducting workshops for CI training. The candidate must have a strong analytical background, excellent communication skills, and experience in change management, with a preference for certifications like Green Belt or Lean. Successful candidates will be proactive in fostering a mindset of continuous improvement among colleagues and stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- HBO work and thinking level, preferably in technical business administration
- Analytical and numerically strong
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Basic knowledge of Lean Management and Continuous Improvement tools and methods
- Creativity and strong communication skills
- Basic understanding of logistics processes or lean manufacturing
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in change management
- Experience in a CI role or mid-management
- Green Belt certification or Lean certification
