Continuous Improvement Specialist

Assess and deploy continuous improvement development plans, set goals, and define KPI targets aligned with site business strategy. Identify, scope, and implement CI projects by managing selection, prioritization, and deliverables while coaching engineers and operators on methodologies like LSS, kaizen, and DMAIC. Conduct LSS assessments to close gaps and track execution across departments, ensuring operators are trained to utilize best practices for manufacturing efficiency. Collaborate with Quality Assurance to deliver cost-effective end-to-end processes. Requires 50% regional travel.
