Continuous Improvement Specialist I

Identify areas for process improvement and develop strategies to increase efficiency and quality. Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives within various departments using Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies. Conduct root cause analysis to identify process-related issues and implement corrective actions. Lead workshops and training sessions to promote best practices and instill a continuous improvement mindset in team members. Collect and analyze performance metrics to track improvement outcomes and report results to management. Collaborate with stakeholders to create process maps and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Develop and maintain a repository of improvement projects, lessons learned, and best practices. Work with leaders and managers to mitigate resistance and foster a positive attitude towards change.
