Continuous improvement specialist EMEA

Support the delivery of continuous improvement initiatives across the Distribution Centre in the EMEA region, helping to improve safety, quality, cost and service performance. Work with operational teams to identify process inefficiencies, remove waste and implement practical, sustainable improvements. Use problem-solving tools and data insights to investigate root causes, reduce recurring issues and improve overall operational performance. Help embed lean thinking and continuous improvement principles through coaching, collaboration and hands-on support across teams and shifts. Contribute to the governance and deployment of CI frameworks, process standards and improvement programmes, including idea generation initiatives. Support projects, testing activities and new initiatives by helping to assess feasibility, monitor results and ensure smooth implementation.
