Job Summary
CI Site Lead at Saputo Canada to own IoTORQ/OEE implementation, drive and sustain the Saputo Operation Excellence System, coach on continuous improvement, develop a 3–5 year plant master plan with the Plant Manager, manage daily performance data and lead small to medium Lean Six Sigma projects, coordinate training and build CI competence across functions, while ensuring production efficiency and cost targets are met.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent education in operations management, logistics or warehousing
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing operations
- Green Belt certification is an asset
- CAMP, PMP or agile certification is an asset
- Strong leadership, communication, analytical and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and motivate people to meet and exceed plant improvement targets
- Self-motivation and ability to work across multiple functions
