Continuous Improvement Senior Analyst

Continuous Improvement Senior Analyst role driving transformation across Manila, Silao, and Ramos GBS Finance. Lead process redesign, workflow digitization, and standard work to reduce defects, cycle time, rework, and manual effort in finance operations. Develop and sustain KPI dashboards and performance metrics; monitor process health, value delivery, and business impact. Partner with Finance Operations, Global Transformation, Digital/IT, and other stakeholders on solution design, testing, implementation, and stabilization. Support evaluation and deployment of automation and AI-enabled solutions in line with GM AI policies and compliance. Facilitate root cause analysis and structured problem solving; identify gaps and governance issues and implement corrective actions. Provide regular leadership updates on initiative status, risks, impact, dependencies, and next steps. Cultivate a culture of accountability, simplification, standardization, and continuous improvement across the organization. Requires strong ownership mindset, collaboration, and executive communication skills; Bachelor’s degree and relevant experience in continuous improvement, transformation, and finance operations are expected.
