Job Summary
Continuous Improvement Quality Manager to lead Lean/Six Sigma-driven improvements across HSIO OverPass manufacturing. Responsible for defining and executing the global CI roadmap, leading root-cause analyses, implementing corrective/actions, and driving cost reduction, KPI tracking (COPQ, OEE, yield, scrap, cycle time), and process standardization across global sites. Collaborates with Operations, Engineering, Supplier Quality, and Product Quality teams to identify opportunities, support value-engineering and design-for-manufacturing, and report realized cost savings. Provides leadership and mentorship to operations, engineers, and manufacturing personnel; leads investigations into yield excursions and process deviations; promotes a culture of operational excellence and rigorous problem solving (DMAIC, 8D). Requires strong background in Lean/Six Sigma, capability with Minitab, and knowledge of semiconductor/interconnect/high-speed connector manufacturing; travel ~25% and ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Location-based in Valley Green, PA and Yocumtown, PA with on-site responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent
- 5-8 years of manufacturing operations, quality, or operational-excellence leadership roles
- Demonstrated leadership in quality management and continuous improvement in high-volume manufacturing
- Cross-functional leadership across geographies, including international locations
- Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, DMAIC, 8D
- Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt preferred
- Minitab or similar statistical-analysis software
- Knowledge of GD&T and technical drawings
- Knowledge of semiconductor/interconnect/high-speed connector manufacturing processes preferred
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally ~25%
