Job Summary
Continuous Improvement Practitioner to champion the Genuit Business System (GBS) within ADEY, supporting operations teams to embed lean practices, run CI events, coach colleagues, and deliver improvement roadmaps. Responsibilities include facilitating root-cause analyses, developing and monitoring KPIs, driving waste reduction and improved flow, and championing a culture of continuous improvement across the facility. Requirements include strong project management, data-driven mindset, proficient Excel skills, excellent communication, and exposure to Lean/Six Sigma concepts (desirable). The role emphasizes collaboration across teams to identify better ways of working and to exceed customer expectations.
Required Qualifications
- Project management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft 365, particularly Excel, with strong analytical and data-driven thinking
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Exposure to Lean or Six Sigma (desirable)
- Ability to coach and support teams in continuous improvement practices
- Experience coordinating events and driving process improvements
