Job Summary
Supervise one shift on the floor weekly to drive process improvements and operational excellence while owning daily and weekly performance KPIs for inbound or outbound areas. Lead teams across multiple shifts, managing incident planning, productivity inputs, and escalation workflows to ensure safety, quality, and delivery targets. Execute continuous improvement initiatives and Lean activities that remove friction from high-volume, high-SKU fulfillment operations. Drive shift-level results on delivery capacity, UPH, cost, completeness, and timeliness.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in relevant field
- 3+ years Supply Chain experience
- Comfortable managing high-volume, high-SKU workflows
- Strong analytical skills, with a high level of competence in data analysis tools
- Hands-on experience in automated/semi-automated/manual fulfilment
- Proven ability to lead teams
- Fluent in English
- Lean/continuous improvement experience
