Continuous Improvement Manager

Job Summary
Lead enterprise-wide Continuous Improvement initiatives leveraging Lean principles (5S, value-stream mapping, Kaizen) to improve production flow, lead time, cost, quality, and delivery. Responsible for designing and sustaining a data-driven operating system across manufacturing and business functions, establishing standard work, visual management, KPI frameworks, and governance. Drive cross-functional initiatives, coach and develop CI teams, conduct workshops and kaizen events, perform time studies and line balancing, manage change and stakeholder engagement, and present performance insights to senior leadership. Required to have a Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years in manufacturing/operations/process improvement with Lean/Six Sigma expertise; ERP/MRP experience; strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in manufacturing, operations, or process improvement roles, including leadership experience
- Demonstrated expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Master Black Belt or similar methodologies
- Experience leading large-scale improvement initiatives across multiple departments or sites
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a data-driven mindset
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive changes in a matrixed organization
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems and advanced Microsoft Office tools
