Job Summary
Manage Corporate Six Sigma and Lean policies, lead certification for Black and Green Belts, and facilitate training waves for process improvement. Provide expert coaching on Six Sigma tools, work with leadership to prioritize improvement opportunities, and drive the Cost of Quality Initiative. Lead project reviews, develop reporting metrics, and eliminate barriers to process improvement across functional areas. Travel 10-25% to support deployment of initiatives. BS degree required with minimum five years experience in Six Sigma, Lean, or consulting.
Required Qualifications
- BS Degree
- Certified in Six Sigma or Lean
- minimum of 5 years experience in areas of Six Sigma, Lean, DFSS, and consulting
- Team leadership experience
- proven talent as a change leader
- Structured analytical and problem solving techniques
- Working knowledge of cGMPs and ISO
- Strong interpersonal skills including communication, facilitation, consulting, coaching, and influencing
- Knowledgeable in evolving Lean Six Sigma concepts and tools
- actively connected to latest Continuous Improvement industry trends
- Ability to work effectively with Senior Management
- Willingness to travel 10 - 25%
