Continuous Improvement Manager

Job Summary
Lead cross-functional continuous improvement initiatives across warehouse, distribution, and transportation operations using Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies to drive safety, quality, productivity, and customer service. Partner with operations leadership to analyze performance data, identify opportunities, develop corrective action plans, standardize processes, and implement new technologies and systems. Coach and develop leaders and frontline employees in continuous improvement principles and problem-solving to sustain long-term value and align improvement initiatives with company goals and customer expectations. Travel ~10% and work Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm. Eligible for bonus based on performance.
